Occas.lu is a classified ads website.
By registering on Occas.lu, the user acknowledges and accepts the general terms and conditions described below.

General Terms of Sale for Private Users:

• Occas.lu offers private users the ability to post their advertisement on the website and to view the listings available in its database.

• Each advertisement is published online within a maximum of 72 hours.

• Each private user can publish an advertisement in the Free format for an unlimited period at no cost.

• For all ads posted on Occas.lu, the first 9 photos are free. Uploading 10 additional photos is possible by subscribing to a “Premium Pack”.

• The photo accompanying the advertisement is uploaded after the ad itself due to the time required for cropping and processing.

• Each user agrees that the data they provide may be stored in the Occas.lu database and displayed on the Occas.lu website.

• Data entered and indexed as “hidden” will not be displayed in the advertisements.

• Occas.lu reserves the right to limit or reject the insertion of ads into its database without further discussion.

• Posting data on Occas.lu means unlimited display (except when the ad is removed by the advertiser).

• Users have a wide range of options to delete or modify an ad using the site functions and the secret code assigned when the vehicle was entered.

• Any re-posted vehicle may retain its original position in the chronological listing of ads, and additional entries will be canceled as soon as they appear in the database.

• The database compiled by Occas.lu, the website, and its address remain the exclusive property of Aarbecht s.à r.l., which is responsible for technical administration, operation, editing, and moderation.

• Occas.lu provides no guarantee regarding results to the user.

• Occas.lu reserves the right to verify the personal data of each user and, if necessary, to reject the insertion of data into its database.

• In cases of abuse or incorrect data that may harm third parties, Occas.lu reserves the right to exclude the relevant person(s) and/or company(ies) from using its services.

• Each user is responsible for ensuring that the data entered into the Occas.lu database is both truthful and legal.

• Occas.lu cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for errors made by the seller when entering data or the sale price.

• Occas.lu provides no express or implied guarantee regarding the content of the ads provided by its users and disclaims all responsibilities or contingent liabilities.

• Users’ personal data is not stored for purposes other than facilitating the commercial and accounting services of Aarbecht s.à r.l.

• Any individual or professional user may view and modify their personal contact data at any time or request its deletion from the Occas.lu database.
